Amusement Device Registration
Process for Registration
STEP 1
Inspection of amusement device by member of the RSEG. RSEG member issues Certificate of Examination of Amusement Device
STEP 2
Owner sends Certificate of Examination and an Application for Registration of an Amusement Device to their regional office of WorkSafe
STEP 3
WorkSafe issues client with a Certificate of Registration
STEP 4
Owner sends an application for permit to operate amusement devices to the regional authority (local or city council)
STEP 5
Regional authority will inspect the amusement device, sight the Certificate of Registration and issue a permit for operation.
